The Lawrenceville Family Health Center is the headquarters for our Family Medicine Fellowship Program and many Community Medicine outreach programs.
Bloomfield/Garfield Family Health Center is home base for our innovative School Health Program, which provides comprehensive physicals, health screening and health education to local elementary schools.
New Kensington Family Health Center, our newest center, is a full-service neighborhood health center with an emphasis on high-quality family health care, integrated behavioral health, and community partnerships.
Our mission is to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. We strive to improve the health and well-being of our patients, their families, and our greater community. We serve patients of all ages with comprehensive primary care, prenatal and women's health care, integrated behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, and gender-affirming care. We improve health equity and decrease health disparities by providing patient-centered care within a multi-disciplinary health care team.
