I grew up in Raleigh, NC and attended North Carolina State University. There, I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences, and later obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Physiology. I then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Professionally, I am passionate about enhancing athlete performance, reducing injury risks, and accelerating recovery to help athletes of all types get back to sport with strength and confidence.
In my free time I enjoy hikes, video games, fiction novels, and watching anime with my dog.
